Our Blog

This blog project is a collaboration between the teachers at the English department and the students at Jesus Maria High School in Madrid. We wanted to create something that would be fun and educational for the students and for us, as well as for the readers. Our students are in grades equivalent to those of freshman and sophmores in the United States.

Students are given the freedom to write about whatever they choose, as long as they follow these rules:

1. Each student is assigned a day of the month to post their entry.

2. Each student is required to submit his/her post to the evaluation committee.

3. Entries must be submitted at least, two days in advance.

4. The posts must be written in English and must be appropriate.
