For this month blog entry I have decided to talk about Angelina Jolie.
I chose her becouse she is a beautiful, smart,strong and careful woman.
She was born in Los Angeles in 1975 and at the age of fourteen she moved to London,then New York and back to Los Angeles where she started to work as a fashion model.After a few years she started to work as an actress:at first she didn't have much luck,no one really appreciated her, but in 1997 she won a Golden Globe Award and that was only the beginnig of a bright profesional career.
A movie that made her very famous was "Lara Croft:Tomb Raider"released in 2001.From that moment on, Angelina Jolie became an international superstar.
Another important moment of her life was when she played in "Mr.& Mrs.Smith", shot in 2005, during which she had the chance to meet her current husband, the most handsome actor I've ever seen in Hollywood: Brad Pitt.
Together they started to take part in charity proyects and donate a lot of many to humanitarian associations.
They've helped NGO's all around the world and Angelina has become a Goodwill Ambassador for the UNHCR.she also adopted three childreen from countries like Cambodia and has three other of her own.

In conclusion, I consider her a role model because she is an example of a strong, indipenden, brave, strong willed woman.
