York
New York is a very famous town in USA and it’s the
most populated there. It is regarded as a global city, given its influence
worldwide in the media, in politics, in education, in entertainment, arts and
fashion. The city has five boroughs: Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and
Staten Island. The town consists of more than 8.4 million New Yorkers in an
urban area of 830 square kilometers. It is located on the east coast of the
United States about 1000 miles north of Florida and 200 miles south of Boston
in the mouth of the Hudson River.
It has many popular places and buildings recognized worldwide
like Statue of Liberty; located on Liberty Island South of Manhattan Island,
nearby the mouth of the Hudson River and near Ellis Island, Wall Street; between
Broadway and the East River, and the Empire State; one of the tallest buildings
in the world, located at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and West 34th Street.
Truly I like quite this town, because it has so many
entertainment activities to do there and has many cool places for example; Broadway, Times Square, Rockefeller Center or Central Park.
