PEACE DAY AT SCHOOL-by Marta de la Cuesta

Last Tuesday at school all the students from Kindergarten to High School got together in the playground to celebrate the Peace Day, in commemoration of the death of Gandhi. 

The students from 3rd year held the hands of the kids from Primary and went with them downstairs to the playground. Each class had to take a white balloon and all of them had to get in place in order to form the word "peace". First, we all prayed and then we sang the song "Tira del Hilo", which is the song that represents the school this year. Afterwards the people who had balloons released them, and the sky was completely filled with balloons. Finally Antonio Retuerto took a picture of us forming the word peace
