Should women always earn the same amount of money as a men?

In so many places from all around the world people consider that women are paid less money than men, but what are the main causes of this problem?

Women should be paid the same amount of money as a men, because they should have the same range of opportunities in life such as being poor, rich  or whatever they want to do. Also, there are so many jobs which pay more money to men than women, because normally the boss thinks that they do not do as big of an effort as a man does , and generally this is called “sexual discrimination”.

So basically, you would ask yourself about what this is and why this happens .Well it happens because there are so many people from all around the world who think about having bad attitudes towards to people from different sex, specially  it happens with women.

In conclusion, I think women should always earn the same amount of money as a men, because women and men are the same, and both should be not discriminated in our big society.
