TITANIC
Titanic, in
my opinion, is one of the most romantic movies (although it's a movie about a
tragedy).
This movie is
about, especially, the sinking of the Titanic,
but it has a romantic story; It is about two young people from different social
classes: Jack Dawson (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Rose DeWitt Bukater (Kate
Winslet). Jack ,a young artist, who in a game of cards wins a ticket to America on
the Titanic, the largest and safest ship ever built. On board he meets Rose, a
young woman from a good family who is going to get into a marriage of
convenience with Cal (Billy Zane), a millionaire who only wants the prestigious
name of his fiancee . Jack and Rose fall
in love, but Cal and Rose's mother don't seem to agree with the relationship and
put all sorts of obstacles. Unexpectedly, a huge iceberg threatens the lives of
passengers and Rose ends up losing Jack
after a great act of love.
This
movie based on a true story (the sinking of Titanic), has a beautiful story
that, although this is tragic, it’s very passionate when telling the story of
young love.
