DIET
Diet really affects on the performance of all different types of
people from children to working adults. The quality of food and
the quantity you eat also affects. In addition, the food you eat should be healthy and
balanced, which is better than a lot of junk food.
Nutritionists say that “well-fed children tend to work harder in
school” and I completely agree with this opinion, because a child with a
balanced diet will have a better academic performance and in
the long term it is also important for children to have an energetic breakfast so they can be
fully focused on the lessons, taking into account what they learn when they are
younger is all really important for their future.
Also, well-fed children tend to feel great so
they won't have any phsycological problems. It is also important that children eat up. This will give them a healthy diet full of nutrients.
In
the same way, adults with a balanced diet will have a better performance at work. Of
course, if your work includes a lot of exercise, in which you waste lots of energy,
you surely need more energy, and for that, more nutrients. In addition, it is not the
more food=the more energy, it is not like that. It always depends on the food and
its content in vitamins,proteins…
In conclusion, a balanced diet full of nutrients and
other vitamins will make all of us have a better performance and it will make a
good effect on our body.
