HEALTH
The major part of your life is your physical health. Good physical health can contribute to lead a satisfying and successful life. Factors involved in having satisfying physical health are that you should be physically active, be nutritional frugal, and have an adequate rest.
STRATEGIES FOR HAVING A GOOD PHYSICAL HEALTH:
Exercise can provide many benefits such as keeping your system working properly, keeping your weight at a healthy level, giving you more energy and endurance, allowing you to bounce back quicker from injury or disease, and  generally maintaining your health. Here are some advises for staying physically healthy:
        1. Excercise once a day with a low intensity or walk for at least 15 minutes.
        2. Eat varied and regularly, without eating in the middle of meals.
        3. Rest for 8 hours everyday for having energy and being active the following day.
        All this advises are very important for having a healthy lifestyle and for prevent body problems in the future.
