The first recipe that I want to explain is about how to make a brownie.
I think that it is a very common recipe and specially for people who are chocolate addicts!
To prepare this brownie recipe you need about 45 minutes:
The ingredients are very simple:
145 gr of saltless butter
250 gr of brown sugar
65 gr of unsweetened cocoa powder (you can substitute it by Nesquik or Colacao if you want to)
3/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs (big size)
70 gr of flour
75gr of chopped walnuts or small whole, you can choose
To make your brownies:
You need to preheat your oven to 180 C. Then you grease a baking tray with butter or you can also put a cooking paper in the baking tray, but the paper needs to be a little lot bigger, because in the end it is easier to remove it from the mould.
In a big bowl, you put the butter, the brown sugar and the cacao. When all is mixed, you add the vanilla extract.
Then you take the eggs and you add them one by one, and mix it all until you have an homogeneus and creamy mixture. In another bowl you mix the flour, the baking powder and the salt, and mix altogether a little bit.
You pour carefully this last mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir together well until it is smooth and with a silk consistency.
This mixture is to be poured in the baking tray and placed in the oven for 40 or 45 minutes.
It is very important that the mixture doesn't remain in the oven for more than I have indicated previously, because it is likely to result in a very hard brownie, and you don't want to overcook it!
When the 40 or 45 minutes are over, allow the brownie to cool in the tray and the cut it into squares.
You will have a fantastic dessert if you serve it with cream!
I hope you got everything right and also that you have liked the result!
I also hope that you have found it easy to make and I'd love you to come back to my blog again soon.
Thank you very much.
