I have choosen this recipe, because i think that it´s very simple and very tasty.
If we want to bake these cookies, we have to use the next ingredients:
2 eggs
300gr of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 spoonful of vanilla
5 cups of flour
First of all, we have to take the butter, the eggs, the sugar and the vanilla and mix them in a bowl.
After, we have to add the flour in the bowl and we will continuously mix all the ingredients untill we get a paste.
In this moment we are going to mash the paste with the hands and if it´s necessary we will add a little bit more of flour.
When the paste will be ready, we have to put flour on the table because with the help of a roller we have to extend the paste.
When we will have this made, we put the paste in differents molds and we put this in the oven with a temperature of 180º C during 15-20 minutes until the cookies get ready.
That´s all, now we can enjoy our delicious cookies!!!
