Igbo:
Ibo
or Igbo is a pace originating in West Africa, specifically in the
area of Nigeria. For extended use in Haiti, is intimately linked to
the voodoo cult. It is considered as a "a dance of nation"
of the big drum. Elements of influence of the IBO can be found in the
touches of the tambora double patch used in the Dominican merengue.
It is also called with this name to the set of reels in a cylindrical
shape that is used in some celebrations as djouba.
Hausa:
Hausa
music is the music of the Hausa, one of the largest ethnic groups in
Nigeria. Their traditional music has played an important part in the
development of Nigerian music. They have been known to contribute
with instruments such as the goje, a Viela of one or two strings.
There are two broad categories of Hausa music: the music traditional
rural and urban music.
