BOSTON
Today I want to talk about one of my favorite cities arround the world: Boston.
Boston is a city in theUnited States, that belongs to the Massachussets state. Boston
was the site of several important events that occurred during the American Revolution,
for example: the Beacon Hill Battle and The Tea Pot
Party; and it was also where the Declaration of Independence of the United States
took place. Boston is also known because it was the first city in the US
that had an underground subway. This city has 21 neighborhoods, and most of them
have different cultures, like the North End, the “Little Italy” of Boston.
A few years ago, in 2013, there
was a terrorist attack, where three people died in the Boston Marathon.
A very important thing for
Bostonians is Sports. In Boston there are a lot of famous sports teams, like:
Boston Red Sox (baseball team), Celtics (basketball team) and the Patriots (the
football team).
