Christmas
Christmas is a period of celebrations, family, love,
presents…
It commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ on December 25th.
Christmas Day is a holiday in lots of countries in the world because it’s also
celebrated by non-Christian people for reasons of culture.
We have
that special day where someone gives us presents. That person is Santa Claus or
Papa Noel, on the night of 24 he comes to our houses to leave us some presents
that we want. Santa Claus is not famous in Spain because we have the Three Wise
Men: Melchor,Gaspar and Baltasar and they come on the night of 6th of the next
year. They put on many smiles on spanish children.
On Christmas there are many traditions of different types
like:

Decorations: christmas tree, lights around the
house…

Music and carols: usually in christmas we are
singing songs like Silent Night, Jingle Bells…
·
Traditional cuisine: in Spain we eat fish on
these dates
·
Cards: to wish a merry Christmas and a Happy New
Year
·
Gift giving: there are so many figures associated
with gift giving
DIVERGENT
Divergent is a book in a trilogy for young people written by Veronica Roth.
The trilogy consists of three books: Divergent, Insurgent, and Allegiant. Recently, Veronica has written another book: Four. It shows the same history with the point of view of the boy, whose name is Four or Tobias.
• Synopsis
All of them take place in the same area, Chicago. They have a type of society that's strange because after a period of peace they decided to group people into five factions depending on their personality: 1.Amity, those who are friendly
2.Candor, those who always tell the truth
3.Dauntless, those who don’t have fear
4. Abnegation, those who would do everything for others
5.Erudition, those who are very intelligent.

When you are sixteen you have to choose if you want to stay with your family or change the faction. If you go to other faction you resign from seeing your family again. After the Choice Ceremony, all of them must go through a process of initiation into each faction: those that fail the process of initiation will be without a faction, Factionless.

Summit Entertainment bought the rights in October, 2012 and they are making the films. Divergent is already made and it was released in March 21 (2014). Insurgent is also already made it but hasn’t been released. Here i leave youthe trailers of each one.
