CHOCOLATE COVERED OREO COOKIE CAKE-by Natalia Oriol



Chocolate-Covered OREO Cookie Cake

Ingredients:
·       1 pkg (2-layer size) devil´s food cake mix.
·       1 pkg (4oz.) semi-sweet baking chocolate.
·       ¼ cup butter.
·       1 pkg (8 oz.) brick cream chesse,softened.
·       ½ cup sugar.
·       2 cups thawed cool whip whipped topping.
·       12 oreo cookies,coarsely crushed.

InsInstructions:
·       First you must to put the the butter in the bowl and when you introduce the bowl on the microwaveable you have to wait until the butter and then the chocolate is completely melted (high 45 sec. to 1 min. more or less).

·       In the meantime,you should beat the cream,the sugar… and add gently the toppings and the crushed cookies.

·       When you have the cake layer on the plate,spread the cream, then top  it  with creaminig cake layer and on the top of the cake you have to spread the chocolate glaze,let it stand for 10 min. or until it's firm.

 

·      Keep it refrigerated.
