The recepie to make waffles
Ingredients:
140g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ tablespoons vanilla sugar
1 large egg, lightly beaten
240 ml (1cup) of milk
30 g (2 tablespoons) unsalted butter
Preparation
In a large bowl whisk put together the flour, the baking powder, salt
and finally the sugar. In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs and milk. Add
the eggs mixture to the flour mixture, all at once, and stir just until
combined. Stir in the melted butter.
Spoon about ½ cup of butter onto one side of the hot iron. Take a knife
or a small spatula and smooth out the butter. Close the lid and bake until brown
and crisp. It is best to serve the waffles immediately.
