Some advices for EXAM´S WEEK by Mercedes Sagastizabal 3C.
The exam´s week is always full of stress and nervousness, it
just lasts for one week each term but there are so many exams and very little
time to revise. So here you have some advices for you to get the best results:
1 Make a timetable with the revising times for each subject
and start to revise soon.
2 Be healthy: sleep more or less for 8 hours and eat healthily.
3 Before each exam try to relax yourself and breath deeply.
4 Take notes, ask to your teacher or friends all your doubts,
do your homework on time…
5 Don´t have negative thoughts and high hopes about passing the
exam with a good mark if possible.
6 While you are doing the
exam think carefully about each answer and about 5 minutes before the exam ends
revise that you haven´t made any spelling or grammar mistakes.
Don´t worry if you don´t pass an exam because you will have
some others opportunities to pass that subject.
