If what you want to do is to avoid this , then, why not trying to make time to stay with your family? Maybe, consider planning for all of you so you can relax, forget your issues for a while and at the same time fix your relationship with your family and friends.
Most importantly, learn how to enjoy your free time independently of how much work you do have and how stressed you may be.
