MICROWAVE BROWNIE-by Almudena Gallego

Are you hungry? Do you love chocolate? In 25 minutes you can have a delicious brownie!!
MICROWAVE BROWNIE
Ingredients:
-          3 eggs
-          125g sugar
-          4 teaspoons of milk
-          150g chocolate (fondant  is better)
-          125g butter
-          ½ yeast
-          100g flour
-          50g nuts or hazelnuts

Directions:
 
1.       Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave. Mix and reserve.  Beat three eggs and sugar with a whisk and add milk and the ½ yeast.
2.       Then add the chocolate with the butter, without being too hot, and mix well. Add the flour and stir to mix everything. Baste a microwave mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
3.       Put hazelnuts or nuts into the mold. Add the dough to the mold and put into the microwave for five minutes at full power.
4.   Let it cool for a minute and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
