SAVING PRIVATE RYAN-by Alonso Gil

SAVING PRIVATE RYAN
-I’m going to talk about a film directed by Steven Spielberg and released in 1998.This film won many awards and a lot of money too. Many people think that this film is the best film of the genre of war.
-This film is about the Second World War, and it tells the story of a squad of Americans that are going to save a soldier risking their own lives in Normandy because the general George Marshall ordered them to, since the family Ryan lost three of four brothers who were on this war.
-But before all that, we can watch a scene of the landing of Normandy, that is to hard but it reflects very well what war is. Again, so many people think that this scene is the best scene in any of the war films.

-In general, the film is very hard, but if you like the genre of war you cannot miss it, but if you are sensitive I don't recommend it to you.
