EASY RECIPE
Have you ever been alone at home for dinner and you are not able to do even a fried egg?

I’m going to give you a recipe that can help you in that case:

SALTED CREPE:
Ingredients:
v Flour (100g)
v Milk(250ml)
v 2 eggs
v A pinch of salt
v Butter
v Something for the filling (whatever you want I’m recommend you use bacon and cheese).


Preparation:
Beat the eggs and add slowly the flour (be careful with lumps).
Incorporate the milk, the pinch of salt and a teaspoonful of melted butter.
Put some butter in a frying pan and wait for melt it.

Begin a little of mass in the frying pan and gild every side.
Finally you put your filling in each crepe and rolling it and you have your yummy dinner.
