FUDGE BROWNIES - by Marta Ramos

Ingredients & measurements



Instructions:
Preheat oven to 176º C lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan.
In a saucepan, over low heat, melt the butter. 
Add the sugar and stir. 
Return the mixture to the heat for a little bit, just until hot. 
Stir for a minute then move mixture to mixing bowl. Stir the cocoa, salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract. 
Add the eggs, beating until smooth; then add the flour, beating until combined. Spoon the butter into the pan.
Bake the brownies for 28-30 minutes. Cool before cutting and enjoying.
