HOW TO COOK MUFFINS-by Rita Villalba

In this writing I will give to you the recipe for muffins that you can cook with your friends to have fun, for the birthday of your brother...
These are the ingredients and quantities required to cook 20 muffins:
1 egg
120g sugar
240 ml milk
255 grams of flour
90g butter
3 teaspoons dry yeast
1 small spoonful of salt
20 muffin cups

And the steps that you must follow for their preparation are as follows:

First step is to prepare the ingredients:
Flour the pass through a sieve
The butter will melt in the microwave
Beat the egg
Heat the milk

Now we have all the ingredients ready, mix them in a bowl: flour, dry yeast and sugar well blended.
Add the egg, salt and milk slowly, making sure no lumps, then add the melted butter.
Let it stand for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and put the dough into the molds, while the oven is heated for about 10 minutes.

We lower the oven to 180 ° C, and we put the molds in the oven for about 25 minutes
This step is optional but when the muffins have been for about 20 minutes in the oven, we can sprinkle them with sugar and leave them for 5 minutes.
Before removing the muffins from the oven, prick with them with a fork, if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready to be removed from the oven.


And you already have your muffins ready.
