It is a TV series that was seen by the spectators from 2005 to 2013. It tells the story of Ted Mosby, an architect that looks for a wife and tells his adventures with his friends in New York. They spend in a pub (Maclaren's Pub) lot of time of their lives.
The series has nine seasons of between twenty or thirty chapters each. It has other actors who appear in single chapters. (Jennifer Lopez for example).
Now, I will tell about the characters in the series and their role in the group.
Ted met Marshall and Lily at the Wesleyan University, He met Barney one an ordinary day at Maclaren's Pub and he met Robin after a stupid game that was invented by Barney "Do you know you Ted?". In the story, you can find other performers ( Randgeep is a taxi driver who appears in the first and in other chapters as a private chaffeur. Estela, Ted's fiancee, appears in the third season as the girlfriend of Ted and in one chapter of the nine season. Zoey appears in the sixth season as the girlfriend of Ted who wants to destroy his project of building the GNB bank where Barney works for a period of time for a three or four seasons.
Ted Mosby: He is the protagonist and tells his children the story of how he met their mother. He is an architect who wants to marry the woman of his dreams. He falls in love during the first season with Robin Scherbatsky (Cobie Smulders), doesn't want to marry and she doesn't want to have children. When it seems that is going to get married to Estela, she goes with her ex boyfriend and leaves him at the altar. Ted passes a season doing crazy things with his friends Barney and Robin. Finally in the ninth season the spectator meets his girlfriend and his wife.
Marshall Eriksen and Lily Aldrin: They are wife and husband and they met Ted in the university, they are best friends. In the eight season they have their first children, the second child they have in Italy in 2015 and the last child they have in 2017.
Lily is a parbulary tutor and Marshall is an ecolawyer.
Robin Scherbatsky and Barney Stinson: They got married in the last season and in their wedding Ted meets his wife, who plays the guitar. Robin is a canadian journalist and Barney is a 1/4 canadian and 3/4 of American person who has a random job. They get divorced at 2017 because Robin was travelling every day and Barney didn't thinks that was funny.
This series was spectacular and the funniest, it has everything I need in TV series
