McFly

I want to talk about one of my favorite bands ever. It is a British pop rock band called Mcfly. 

The band was formed by Tom Fletcher. He is the vocalist and also the guitarist. Danny Jones, is also a vocalist and the guitarist like Tom. Harry Judd is the drummer. Finally, Dougie Poynter is the bassist and he does the backing vocals. The band formed in 2003, but their first single, 5 colours in her hair, was released in 2004 and it became number one. The band is called Mcfly because Tom loves the saga, Back to the Future, and the main character is Marty Mcfly. 

They were the youngest band ever to have an album debut number one in England, a title taken from The Beatles. They have 5 studio albums, 2 live albums, 3 compilation albums and 21 singles. They also have a lot of videos about their songs and they have done a lot of tours. They wrote an album for a film called "Just my Luck" and the album has the same title. They played themselves in the film.

Mcfly also has a lot of fans in Spain, so they came to Madrid and also Barcelona in 2011 with their tour Above the Noise.

Busted, another English band, invited them to their tour in 2004 because Tom was in busted for only 24 hours and they wanted to help them. Now, Mcfly is Mcbusted because both bands are only one and they are the four members of Mcfly and two of the three of Busted. They said that this was only for a tour but now they are going to start another tour and they have done an album. Some Mcfly’s fans are very upset with this because they only like Mcfly. I think that It was a great idea for a tour because they  have fans in common and they are friends but I don’t want it forever because Mcfly said that they were going to release their sixth album and they can’t because they are with Busted.
