GoPro is a special camera used for extreme sports, they say it's the most versatile camera in the world. The creator of GoPro is a man called Woodman. He loved to surf and he studied liberal arts in a University that was near the beach (Australia) so he could go on his free time. One day, he was sitting in the sand when he saw all the surfers trying to get pictures and the difficulties that they were having.
He had a little camera so he decided to make a tripod for it. So he told his friends he would earn millions for it and he started thinking about it. He came back to the USA where he is from and he started to sell little cameras that could record and take pictures under the water for 30$.
Now GoPro is the best selling camera in the world and it costs between 300$ and 400$.
I have a GoPro camera and I have used it for a lot of things. I really liked it and in Spain it has become really famous for people who do extreme sports. Nowadays people use it for art (as me in the video) for science... The only problem that this cameras has is his price and the price of the supports.
The video I'm doing is an art project and a video that was 35 minutes long is now condensed into a 15 seconds long one.
