CHOCOLATE CAKE



CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE


INGREDIENTES:

-          180  grammes of flour
-          180 grammes of sugar
-          180 grammes of butter
-          200 grammes of chocolate
-          1 teaspoon of yeast
-          4 eggs
-          The oven has to be 30 minutes at 180º C

PREPARATION:

You have to mix up the four eggs with the sugar. When you finish mixing it, add the butter. In a separate cooking pot, mix some water with chocolate (keep an eye in the chocolate, it normally burns up). And finally in the egg, sugar and butter bowl add the flour with the yeast. When the chocolate has finished, mix up everything. Cover the inside part of the mould with flour, and put the dough in the mould. Finally introduce the mould in the oven.
