Oreo Cupcakes
Recipe for 10 cupcakes
Ingredients:


125gr of butter
125gr of sugar
2 eggs
100gr of flour for cakes
1 teaspoon of yeast
4 tablespoons of cream
6 Oreo crumbled cookies
½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
Ingredients for the Oreo’s frosting
100gr of powdered sugar
75gr of butter
100gr of Philadelphia’s cheese
4 crumbled cookies

10 whole Oreo cookies for decoration


Recipe for Oreo cupcakes        
1.       To prepare the base for the Oreo cupcakes,start  preheating the oven to  180°C.
2.       With the help of electric rods ,beat  the butter(125g),the cream(4 tablespoons)and the six crumbled cookies in a bowl  for some minutes, until you get a light and fluffly texture. While you are beating it, add the eggs one by one and piecemeal, and then add the half of teaspoon of vanilla essence.
3.       In a different bowl, sieve the 100 g of flour for cakes and the yeast teaspoon and add it to the mixture. Stir it until you get a homogeneous mass.
4.       Then distribute the mass on the molds and bake during 15-20 minutes more or less, or until the mass is consistent.
5.       Let the cupcakes cool.

Cupcake’s decoration:how to prepare Oreo’s frosting
1.       Put in a bowl the butter(75g) and stir it until it is soft, and then add the 100g of powdered sugar and the 100 g of Philadelphia’s cheese crem, and mix it until it is homogeneous.
2.       Finally, add the four crumbled Oreo cookies, and let the Oreo frosting rest a few minutes before spreading it on the cupcakes.
3.       Decorate the cupcakes with little Oreo cookies.
