London

London is situated in the south of England. It's the capital of England and the capital of Great Britain as well.

The most important monuments in London are Big Ben (which is part of the Parliament building), Westminster Abbey, the London Eye (which is the biggest wheel in Europe), and The Tower Bridge (which crosses the River Thames).
In London there are very important museums as well. For example, the National Gallery, where you can find lots of western paintings, but you can also find lots of Egyptian and Greek art. Another very important museum in London is Tate Modern, where you can find master pieces from artists like Joan Miró, Jackson Pollock, and Pablo Picasso.
London is a huge city, so there are several means of transport. For example, the London Underground, which is the oldest subway in the entire world. Other means of transport are the typical red duplex bus and taxis, but it's more affordable to use the bus because it's inexpensive.
