RECIPE: ROAST BEEF AND YORKSHIRE PUDDING
Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding is a very very famous dish to eat in thanksgiving or maybe Sundays.
It’s very common to prepare it in England but you can see it also in countries like Australia.
I´ve chosen this recipe because is one of my favorite foods in the whole world.
There are lots of methods to cook this but this one is the most popular:
Ingredients
·    Fore roast beef (about 4 kgs/9 lbs), French trimmed,  on the bone, chined
·       Olive oil
·       Falt
·       Freshly cracked black pepper
·       For the Yorkshire pudding
·       3 eggs
·       115g/4oz flour
·       275ml/½ pint milk
·       Beef dripping
·       Salt
