TECHNOLOGY

I want to talk about technology and how it has changed in the last 50 years. Technology has always been really important. Technology has changed because of us, because we need things so that we can live as we want. Previously, technology was used for essential things like; food, clothes, etc., but now we use it because we want things, not because we really need them. For example, do we really need so many types of phones? No, I don’t think so. But if you think about it, advertising persuades us to buy things. They say things are better than what they really are and that’s why we buy them. Sometimes, we buy things because everyone has them. We want to follow the latest trends, and my opinion is that we should be ourselves and not copy other people. My conclusion is that we should control ourselves and not listen to what everyone else says. We should buy what we really need, not what we want.
