84 Jaime, Mon y Beris

The
members of the group are Enrique Berenguer (Beris)
- Guitar and voice, Jaime Fontecha (Jimbo)- Guitar and voice, and Ramón Vázquez
(Mon)- Guitar and voice.

They aren’t very popular but I think it is one of the
best music groups ever
created.

They
began in mid-2005, when three friends decided to join to share their passion
for music, creating their own songs and they soon became regular at the Madrid
meeting schedules circuit: Bhúo Real, Galileo Galilei, Calamores, Costello,
Moby Dick, Caracol, El Sol... and checking there was an increasingly public
following them.

It’s
true that they have not reached national fame, much less the world fame, but
they have many followers.

Their
single "como si fueras a morir” (as
if you were about to die) was quite successful, for a few days the song was reproduced
on the radio.

They
have already made three fantastic albums: "el burdel de las sirenas” (the brothel
of sirens), "la hierba bajo el
asfalto"(grass under the asphalt) and "Varcelona". On their last album people often say: Barcelona is written with b!! , but in one of the songs of the cd, which gives the title
track, "Varcelona", they
sing: “decirle a todos que mi Barcelona
se escribe con v” (tell everybody my Barcelona is written with v).

guys announced on social networks on October 2nd the separation of the group
for personal reasons of one of the member; during the last great concert they told
their fans to attend the Joy Eslava concert on November 14th, so run and get
the tickets !!
It’s a shame that children cannot attend... I was
eager to see their performance!!
